Welcome to Supreme Energy Spa! These terms ensure a seamless, enjoyable experience for all guests. By booking our services, you agree to the following: 

 

  1. Booking & Reservations
  • Appointments require advance booking via our website, phone, or in-person. Walk-ins are subject to availability. 
  • A valid credit card or deposit may be required to secure your slot. 
  • For group bookings (3+ guests), contact us directly for tailored arrangements. 
  1. Cancellation & No-Shows
  • Cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. 
  • No-shows or cancellations within 4 hours of the appointment incur a 100% charge. 
  • Late arrivals may result in shortened treatments to respect other guests’ time. 
  1. Health & Safety
  • Disclose medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy during booking. Certain treatments may require physician approval. 
  • Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. 
  • We reserve the right to refuse service if a guest’s health or behavior risks their safety or our staff’s. 
  1. Payments
  • Full payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital wallets. 
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Discounts/promotions cannot be combined. 
  • Refunds are issued as spa credits (valid for 6 months) unless otherwise stated. 
  1. Conduct & Etiquette
  • Maintain a quiet, respectful environment. Disruptive behavior may lead to service termination without refund. 
  • Mobile devices must be on silent mode. Photography/videography is prohibited in treatment areas. 
  • Our spa is a judgment-free zone. Harassment of staff or guests will not be tolerated. 
  1. Liability
  • We are not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Lockers are provided for valuables. 
  • Treatments are performed by licensed professionals, but results may vary. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or unforeseen health issues disclosed post-booking. 
  • Pregnant guests or those with severe medical conditions assume all risks associated with spa services. 
  1. Privacy
  • Personal data (health forms, contact details) is collected solely for service quality and safety. 
  • We do not share your information with third parties without consent, except as required by UAE law. 
  1. Service Adjustments
  • We may substitute therapists, adjust treatment durations, or modify amenities due to unforeseen circumstances. 
  • Packages/services may be discontinued or updated without prior notice. 
  1. Intellectual Property
  • All branding, website content, and marketing materials are owned by [Spa Name]. Unauthorized use is prohibited. 
  1. Force Majeure
  • We are not liable for delays/cancellations due to emergencies, natural disasters, or events beyond our control. Guests will receive rescheduling options or credits. 
  1. Governing Law
  • These terms are governed by UAE laws. Disputes will be resolved in Dubai courts.
